Romeo Puncia is a well known Multi-awarded Philanthrophist and UAE-based Ultraman Athlete, an International Brand Ambassador and a Race with Purpose advocate. Romeo III Tumayao Puncia works as an Emergency Medical Technician in a Public Health Care Sector. Aside from doing sports and a healthcare provider, Romeo is the Owner and CEO of two different companies in the United Arab Emirates the "Apex Sports Services LLC, and Vertex Co. LLC., he is also the founder of the Katribo Charities Inc. that helps the Indigenous and Tribal Communities in Palawan, Philippines. Romeo is known as the "Missionary Athlete" an advocate of Race with a Purpose Campaign. Romeo is currently the Team Manager of Epixtar Racing Club, which is a professional sports team and Epxitar Triathlon Team.

Abu Dhabi resident Romeo Puncia does triathlons with a purpose. He competes so that other people may live, have hope and find purpose and meaning in life. He saves money every month and attends triathlon races in different parts of the world so he can help the indigenous tribal communities in Palawan, Philippines by providing them with health and medical programmes, clothing, food, sports training, school supplies and more. Romeo also wants to create awareness among the sports and other communities that we can use our talent and skills to make a difference in someone else’s lives.
